Hey there! Thanks for stopping by.  My name is Shaylyn and I live in Louisville, KY with my husband Jacob.  We've been married since 2015 and together since our college heydays (lolz) at the University of Kentucky.

On a professional level, I am a Food Scientist and create new flavors of alcohol for a living.  It's a pretty awesome gig and I love it.  I've always had these crazy sensitive taste buds and sense of smell so it seems they've finally found their calling.  So needless to say I'm a FOODIE and enjoy scoping out all the restaurants in this (lucky for me) foodie town.  Oh, and the drinks.
